1. Who We Are

Stack Builder ("the Game", "we", "us") is a free casual game operated by KunStudio. The Game is available on the web at stackbuilder-ks.pages.dev and as a mobile app. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at ghdejr11@gmail.com.

2. Data We Collect

Stack Builder is designed to work almost entirely on your own device:

• No account required — You never sign up or provide your name, email, or any identifying details to play.
• Local storage only — Your game progress (best height, games played, sound preference) is stored in your device's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
• No analytics or advertising SDKs — The Game does not include Google Analytics, third-party advertising networks, trackers, or any third-party SDK that collects data. A cross-promo card shown in the Game advertises only our own games and is loaded from a static configuration file that receives no information about you. AdMob is not yet active in this build (placeholder unit IDs only, pending store registration) — this policy will be updated before any ad SDK is enabled.
• No permissions — The mobile app requests no device permissions: no camera, microphone, location, contacts, or storage access beyond its own app data.

3. Optional Feedback

The Game (web and mobile app) includes an optional feedback form. If you choose to use it, only the message you type (and an email address if you voluntarily provide one) is sent to us over an encrypted connection so we can read your feedback. Using the form is entirely optional, providing an email is optional, and we do not use this information for any other purpose or share it with anyone.

4. External Links

The Game may show links to other KunStudio websites and games. Those sites have their own privacy policies; this policy covers only Stack Builder.

5. Children's Privacy

Stack Builder collects no data from anyone during play, aside from the optional feedback form described above. There is nothing else to disclose, sell, or share.

6. Data Deletion

Because all progress is stored locally on your device, you can delete all Game data at any time by clearing the app's data (mobile) or your browser's site data (web). If you sent us feedback with your email address and want it deleted, email us at ghdejr11@gmail.com and we will remove it.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change how the Game handles data — including enabling AdMob or any other SDK — we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above before the change takes effect.
